Jillian Moss has had an interesting year. Since turning forty, she's seen her life undergo some major changes. After many years of storing a bunch of her paintings in a closet and laying aside her artistic gift, she's begun painting again, turning out one lovely thing after the next and even selling them in her very own gallery - thanks to a man who was a very special part of her heart for a time.

It's been nearly six months since Jillian made a very difficult decision: choosing to let her fiance go simply because God told her to. The days since then haven't always been easy, but she's had peace, felt Jesus upholding her each and every day, and she continues to enjoy painting and selling her own work. Owning her own home has never been possible since her divorce many years ago, and getting herself and her teenage daughters into a spacious, beautiful Victorian-style home is something she never even imagined and yet sees unfold in a rather miraculous way.

But her personal life continues to have its difficulties. Dealing with her ex-husband, raising two teenage girls with boyfriends, and trying to navigate her way through another promising relationship, she continues to cling to Jesus through it all, and although not everything turns out exactly the way she would have planned it, the love and faithfulness of her God comes shining through.
