Spring Break is ending, and Brianne is back in Clatskanie after spending some time with Sarah, and she’s excited about some aspects of being home, while others are more of a challenge.  Some bad news concerning a friend is the first thing to keep her from having a carefree week, but then some news from another friend complicates her life even more and leaves her with a decision to make that could have a major impact on her summer.

Choosing to go with her heart, she pushes through the remaining days of her eighth-grade year, and graduation is here before she knows it, but the final days of school are anything but routine, especially when it comes to her friendships that are ever so close to her heart.
